Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to support a complex, high-performance network spanning enterprise data centers and AWS cloud environments. This role is critical to maintaining 24x7x365 uptime, performance, and reliability across production and corporate networks.

Responsibilities
  •  Administer, monitor, and support enterprise and production network infrastructure 
  •  Troubleshoot incidents across LAN/WAN, data center, and AWS (VPC) environments 
  •  Maintain high availability and performance for mission-critical systems supporting global platforms 
  •  Configure and troubleshoot routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and redundancy protocols (HSRP, VRRP) 
  •  Support network hardware and security appliances, including Cisco and Juniper devices 
  •  Assist with firewall configuration and VPN connectivity (IPSec, SSL-VPN) 
  •  Support load balancing technologies such as F5 Big-IP (LTM/GTM) 
  •  Monitor network health using tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, Observium, Cacti, SNMP, and Syslog 
  •  Participate in on-call rotation and resolve high-priority production incidents 
  •  Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps 
  •  Partner with engineering teams on network upgrades, improvements, and automation initiatives 
Qualifications
  • 3–6+ years of experience in network administration or network operations 
  •  Strong experience with Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, ASA) and/or Juniper (SRX, M-series) 
  •  Strong knowledge of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) 
  •  Hands-on routing and switching experience in enterprise environments 
  •  Working knowledge of firewalls and network security fundamentals 
  •  Experience supporting production environments with high uptime requirements 
  •  Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools and operational best practices 
  •  Experience with AWS networking (VPC, routing, security groups, peering) 
  •  Exposure to load balancing (F5, Riverbed Zeus) 
  •  Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, Ansible) is a plus
